Listed below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. If you have any questions that aren't covered here, please contact us.

Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within three weeks of receiving it. After your returned products have been received by the photographer, a refund check or replacement products will be mailed back to you, depending on the circumstances of the return.

Returns

Photographs may not be returned for any reason other than a damaged product. If you would like to return a non-photo product, Contact the photographer for return instructions.

Full-frame Prints

Any print that is another dimension than the ones listed below may result in cropping. Please check and adjust crop markings before checkout.

Digital Downloads

Some images are availible for purchase as digital downloads. These images are adequate for personal online (facebook or e-mail) use only and may not create proper quality prints due to their reduced file size. If you wish to purchase the original file in its highest quality, please contact us.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We currently use Paypal to process our orders, which accepts most major credit cards. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this feature.

Q: Will the Hybrid Angle watermark be on my printed photograph?
A: No way! This watermark is only present online only.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from Atlanta, GA.

Q: I know what glossy and matte photos look like but what about the lustre option?
A: Photos printed on Kodak Endura Lustre paper offer a happy medium between glossy and matte papers with execellent color and contrast and minimal sheen or reflectiveness. An excellent option for prints and my personal favorite. 

Q: We like what you do and want to book you! How do we go about doing that?
A: First off, thank you very much! Second, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page of our website and tell us what you had in mind. We'd love to be there.

Q: Do you photograph more than just weddings?
A: You bet! I'm a commercial photographer in Atlanta as my 9 to 5 so I've photographed just about everything. Let's chat.

Q: What is a lightbox?

A: Clients and customers may use the lightbox to save their favorite images and/or share the lightbox with Hybrid Angle Photo. Lightboxes are used strictly for sharing image selections, or favorites, with others or the photographer. To order photos within a lightbox each photo must be selected from the lightbox menu and a print size must be selected. In order for this feature to work properly, be sure to create an account and log in.
